3rd edition of the IILA-Cinema Award

The IILA Italian-Latin American International Organization has summoned filmmakers from Latin American member countries, namely Argentina, the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, inviting them to participate in the 3rd edition of the IILA-Cinema Award, created with the funding of the Directorate General for Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy (DGCS/MAECI).

The prize will be awarded on the occasion of a special event within the 16th Spanish and Latin American Film Festival, which will take place at the Cinema Barberini in Rome from 2 to 8 November.

Participation in the IILA-Cinema Award is open to films made by filmmakers under the age of 40 (born after 1 January 1983) who have completed their studies at a film training institution recognized by member countries, or who are currently members of the IILA-Cinema Prize to the teaching staff of these institutions.
