Villa Paolina Bonaparte visits open on March 25th and 26th

Villa Bonaparte is the seat of the French Embassy to the Holy See. He will open the doors of the chapel, with the stucco decoration of Cardinal Gonzaga. After a stop in the vestibule, it will be possible to get to know the protagonists of the story, then move to the Egyptian Apartment to admire the decoration commissioned by Princess Paolina Borghese Bonaparte. Upstairs the Grand Salon, with recently rediscovered mid-18th century decorations and in the “Gallery” where you can discover a little secret of Paolina. The environments to see are richly furnished with Empire-style furniture coming in part from the Elysée and with paintings from the Louvre. The opening will be organized by the FAI Ponte between Culture Roma Group. Villa Bonaparte is regularly open to the public by reservation.
