On the occasion of April 21, the historical date recognized as the day of the foundation of Rome (April 21, 753 BC), the capital of Italy, thanks to the organization of the Gruppo Storico Romano association, with the patronage of the institutions and the Municipality of Rome, recalls the past of the classical age. From 19 to 23 April, there will be five days of celebration, also considering the conference on Wednesday 19 “WATER AS AN EXPRESSION OF CIVILIZATION: water losses today and in ancient Rome.“
This year’s theme is dedicated to the water civilization of Rome: Regina Aquarum.
