A World of Menus

From Friday 5 April to Sunday 7 April in the rooms of the Garum, Library and Museum of Cuisine, the most important monographic exhibition ever dedicated to menus on a global level will take place: A World of Menus, the great History at the table, conceived and curated by Garum and by the international collectors’ association Menu Associati.
