First Sunday of the month: free museums

Sunday 4 December we return to the Museum. In Rome, the first Sunday of the month sees the free opening of many museum spaces.

Among the municipal museums that will participate in the event, there will be: Capitoline Museums; Markets of Trajan – Museum of the Imperial Forums; Ara Pacis Museum; Montemartini plant; Museum of Rome; Museum of Rome in Trastevere; Gallery of Modern Art; Museums of Villa Torlonia; Serra Moresca of Villa Torlonia; Civic Museum of Zoology; Giovanni Barracco Museum of Ancient Sculpture; Carlo Bilotti Museum – Orangery of Villa Borghese; Pietro Canonica Museum in Villa Borghese; Napoleonic Museum; Museum of the Roman Republic and Garibaldi memory; Casal de’ Pazzi Museum; Museum of the Walls; Villa of Maxentius. The initiative is promoted by Roma Culture, the Capitoline Superintendency for Cultural Heritage. Free admission compatibly with the capacity of the sites.
