The Gino Germani Institute of Social Sciences and Strategic Studies, as part of its Training School in Intelligence and Strategic Analysis, organizes the advanced training course “HUMINT and National Security: Human Intelligence operational techniques to combat the threats of the XXI century ”, which will be held in attendance on 20-21-22 October (from 9 to 19) at the Aviator’s House (Viale Università 20, Rome).
Il corso approfondirà il ruolo insostituibile della HUMINT nell’intelligence del XXI secolo, i principi e le tecniche operative della HUMINT, e l’impatto del cyberspazio e delle nuove tecnologie sulle operazioni HUMINT.
Esso consentirà ai partecipanti di acquisire una buona conoscenza di tutte le fasi del “ciclo di reclutamento” di una fonte umana occulta. Inoltre, gli iscritti potranno apprendere diverse tecniche utili a sviluppare le proprie competenze pratiche di ricerca HUMINT e di elicitation.
At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation. Enrolled students who wish to receive a second Certificate with a final evaluation will be able to deliver a short paper on a theme developed during the course or case study to be agreed with the scientific direction.
The final assessment certificate can be presented by the member to the Administration to which he/she belongs to request the possible registration in the matriculation. This certificate also allows the possibility of requesting the recognition of University Educational Credits (CFU) at one’s own University.
After the conclusion of the course, students will have access to the videos of the lessons of the course, as well as to a digital archive of documentation, which will contain the slides of the various lessons, documents, analytical papers, articles and studies on the topics developed during the course.
The cost of the course is 360 Euros + VAT. There is a 10% discount for members of National Security organizations, the Police Forces and the Armed Forces, and for university students.
There is also a 10% discount, not cumulative, for those who have already participated in our previous courses.
