The International Affairs Institute (IAI) presents its training offer for 2024 aimed at students, graduates, and professionals.
In addition to the training courses and the new workshops (the latter only in person), the IAI has also activated the Advanced Certificates and the Advanced Certificate Plus for 2024: training courses that aim to strengthen one’s professional development and improve individual skills to operate in international contexts.
In the coming months, the following have been planned:
- Training Course for Analysts in the Euro-Mediterranean and Middle East (also for the second semester)
- Training Course in Open Source INTelligence (OSINT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI): Insights and Applications (also for the second semester)
- Advanced Training Course in International Cooperation and Resource Management
- In-person workshop “Writing and AI techniques”
- Advanced Course on Non-Proliferation, Arms Control and Disarmament
- Advanced Training Course in Political Risk Forecasting and Scenario Analysis
- Advanced Training Course in Gender Politics: perspectives, equality and inclusion for research and planning
- In-person workshop “Public speaking and AI techniques”
- Crisis, cyber security and conflicts training course
- Indo-Pacific Geopolitical Training Course
Through the hybrid teaching methodology, which combines traditional teaching modules with laboratory activities and simulation programming, the Institute’s training courses aim, in addition to in-depth study of the topics addressed, a transfer of operational skills that can be exploited in working environment.
The IAI, thanks to the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, offers some scholarships based on income and merit for some of the Institute’s training activities.
Upon completion of each training course, the IAI awards a certificate of participation. For university students, it is also possible to start the procedure for credit recognition.
