Cooperation in the economic and infrastructural fields, energy transition, migration and security on the working table involving Italy and 25 African heads of state and government. Also present were EU leaders and representatives of the United Nations, the World Bank and the EIB. An “appetizer” of the summit will take place on Sunday evening, with a dinner organized at the Quirinale where all the delegations will be hosted.
The works are held in the Senate, with interventions on various topics: from infrastructure to energy, up to migration. The Mattei Plan will be illustrated. The first control room is expected in February. This summit confirms Rome as a center of global political importance and puts it to the test with challenges related to the organization and security of events of international scope
