February 1, will be remembered as the date not only for the extension of the right to vote to women, which took place in 1945 but also for the entry into force of the Quirinale Treaty, signed in November 2021 by the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron and by former Premier Mario Draghi. The Treaty will regulate bilateral relations between the two Republics and will serve to strengthen collaboration in various sectors such as research, industry, justice, security and defence.
Just today, for the official entry into force of the regulatory text, the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella released a declaration that represents the vision of great harmony between the two countries.
