The deposits of the Borghese Gallery reopen: a casket once again visible to the public. Deposits will be open from Tuesday to Friday, for a limited number of people. Reservations are required by calling 0667233753 (Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00). The initiative is free. Entrance to the depots does not entitle you to visit the museum.
In the large room of the deposits, about 260 paintings are exhibited on two levels. In the external corridor, there are large canvases from the Raphaelesque area, including the splendid Madonna with Child by Scipione Pulzone, the Madonna with Child by Perin del Vaga, the copy of the famous Madonna of Casa d’Alba in the National Gallery in Washington.
