The VI Day of the Catacombs – Spring Edition will take place on Saturday 18 March 2023 at the seven Roman catacombs open to the public: San Callisto, San Sebastiano, Domitilla, Priscilla, Sant’Agnese, Santi Marcellino and Pietro and San Pancrazio. The theme will be “Pathways to peace“: the symbols and images that speak of peace will help us reflect and, indeed, walk inwardly and as a community towards horizons of peace, in a historical moment unfortunately marked by tragic images of war and of violence.
During the day it will be possible, by booking, to access for free and take advantage of guided tours of the underground complexes. This year Catacombs Day is doubled. For any further info click HERE
