WIIS (Woman in International Security) Italy opens applications for the Mentoring program, designed to foster the professional development of women working in the fields of international affairs, security and defense.
It offers professionals in the sector the opportunity to strengthen their skills and soft skills, share challenges and opportunities, and progress in their careers with the support of experienced professionals.
The program includes individual meetings based on a direct relationship between mentors and mentees; and moments of training shared in groups under the banner of female leadership.
